Link Expiry Notifications

Get reminded before short links stop working so you can extend or replace them in time.

What it does

For every link that has an expiry date, Flinku sends a notification email approximately 24 hours before the link expires. That gives you time to renew the campaign, update assets, or create a replacement link.

No setup required

Expiry reminders are automatic for all links with an expiry date across projects. You do not need to enable a separate toggle.

What the email looks like

Messages are sent to project owners and use a clear subject line (for example mentioning the link title or slug and that it expires soon). The body includes the short URL, the scheduled expiry time, and a link to open the link editor in the dashboard so you can take action immediately.

Updating the expiry date

1. Open the link in the Flinku dashboard.
2. Edit Expiry or Expires at to a new datetime.
3. Save. A new reminder is scheduled relative to the updated expiry.
